We first opened our doors in Sydney, helping to staff large industrial companies with casual workers as Labourpower Recruitment Services. Demand for our services grew rapidly as did the need for an Australia and New Zealand-wide presence and we soon opened offices around the country in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and the Gold Coast as well as regional NSW including Newcastle and the Central Coast.
Labourpower Recruitment Services specialises in all areas of industrial labour hire solutions – from finding reliable workers at short notice to attracting and retaining suitable candidates at a senior level. We pride ourselves on our industry knowledge and ensuring that we have effective processes in place to match the right candidate to the right job every time.

Established in 2003, LP Consulting Services is our white collar brand, specialising in recruiting at all levels, including executives, middle management and business support service staff. We deliver a comprehensive recruitment methodology with all consultants fully trained in competency-based selection. In 2004, LP Training Services was created as part of our aim to revolutionise the scope of the recruitment industry within Australia and New Zealand.
