Dedicated Account Management

When you partner with Labourpower, you will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager with a wealth of experience and industry knowledge. We offer a flexible and tailored recruitment service, where account managers have total ownership over the clients. Not only can they assist with all of your casual labour hire needs, but they can coordinate permanent, contract or commercial recruitment as well as organise workplace health and safety (WHS) and other training.

This personal attention extends to after hour situations too. Although we have an afterhours service available for all clients to access, your Account Manager will be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should you require their assistance.

Regular On-site Meetings

Here at Labourpower, we are all about building meaningful relationships and have a regular on-site presence to develop partnerships with our clients and build relationships with our talent pool that contribute to candidate loyalty and retention.

We pride ourselves on our availability to clients as well as our visibility at client sites in addition to formal site visits. Site Meeting agenda items include, for example:

They key to successful labour hire is planning resources. Our Candidate Managers work closely with your Line Manager to forecast and predict potential influxes of staffing requirements. Armed with this knowledge, we are able to analyse our resources and supply a consistent flow of candidates.   • Liaise with our OHS team in the event that an accident/injury occurs outside the workplace
